Q: How many days does it take to process an order?
A: Allow approximately 2-3 business days to process an order. You have a number of delivery options. Orders are shipped
via USPS or UPS . If there are any questions regarding your order, Noteable You will contact you by email or phone and will place a hold on your order until questions have been answered.
Q: Do you have expedited shipping for quick delivery?
A: We offer UPS 2nd Day service for quicker delivery. You can select this during checkout.
Q: What is the cost of shipping and handling?
A: Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of your order.
Q: How do I place multiple gift orders?
A: At checkout, you may select “continue shopping.”
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Noteable You accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
Q: Is it safe to provide my credit card information on this site?
A: Yes. Your information will be processed by Authorize.net, the largest payment gateway processor on the internet, over a secure encrypted SSL connection.
Q: Do you have gift-wrapping options?
A: All of our gifts are packaged in a high quality, glossy white box, tied with a black elastic w/silver ball wrap and notecard.
If the gift is being sent directly to recipient, we will enclose the notecard with your sentiments at no additional charge. During checkout note how you would like the notecard to read in the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" area.
Q: How long can each of my custom messages be?
A: Each message can be up to 45 characters including spaces and punctuation
Q: What are the messages printed on?
A: Messages are printed on a premium 80lb white cover stock.
Q: What font is used for messages?
A: “Times Roman”
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not pleased with the product you receive, you may return it to us for a refund of the purchase price, excluding
